Breakfast

From 8.00 am to 10.30 am. Included in the rate.

Cafeteria

We offer snacks and cold or hot drinks throughout the day. From 15.00 pm to 23.00 pm. Not included in the rate.

Restrictions

1 Child (under 3) can stay in the room using the existing beds at no additional cost.
No pets allowed.
No overnight visitors allowed.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and enclosed public areas. Law 26.687

Payment methods

Cash, deposits or bank transfers and debit card VISA. Credit cards in one payment only:VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO. We don´t accept checks.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations will only be evaluated when submitted electronically in written form. We will charge a cancellation fee of 20% for administrative expenses and reservation costs if cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the date of arrival. In that case, we will refund 80% of the remaining amount. No refunds will be made after this period. The hotel reserves the right to charge a full day of stay, even if guests depart earlier than planned in the reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

Rescheduling

In case of force majeure for reasons beyond the control of the hotel and the guest, the rescheduling of the stay date will not have any penalty or additional costs, as long as the change is for a similar season (low/medium/high) to the original reservation and according to the availability of places in the hotel.
