We provide local residents with the opportunity to work in our company even if they initially lack specific knowledge of the tourism sector. We also welcome tourism students from across the province who complete their internships with us each year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"957\">Since 2018, we have implemented on-the-job training programs to improve the employability of vulnerable groups: young women, individuals under 25 with no previous work experience, people with disabilities, and adults over 50. We are committed to team diversity, valuing above all the enthusiasm to learn, to work, and to contribute one\u2019s talents to the organization.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1440\">We maintain a comprehensive awareness and training plan for all team members on a variety of topics related to sustainable management: Accessible Tourism and Disability, Environment, Safety, Celiac Disease, Healthy Eating, First Aid, Foreign Languages, New Technologies, among others. We also operate under an internal regulation that outlines the rights and responsibilities of both management and each member of the team, fostering a transparent and respectful workplace climate.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1858\">We have established a Sustainable Management Policy that governs our operations and sets guiding principles expressed in a Management Manual and a Code of Ethics. We maintain zero tolerance for harassment, violence, discrimination, child labor, or exploitation of any kind. This Code includes clear procedures for addressing and reporting such situations when detected\u2014both internally and throughout our value chain.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1860\" data-end=\"1863\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"1881\"><strong data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1881\">SUPPLIERS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1883\" data-end=\"2310\">Our Ecohotel is strongly committed to responsible consumption and fair trade, ensuring that the goods we purchase and the services we contract generate positive social and environmental impact, rather than merely seeking the lowest price. To that end, we have developed a Responsible Purchasing Manual aimed at promoting ethical, equitable, inclusive, and transparent business practices among employees, suppliers, and clients.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2312\" data-end=\"2733\">For the decoration and furnishing of our spaces, we choose natural, locally manufactured materials; we recycle or repurpose furniture and objects; and we opt for artworks and crafts created by local artists and artisans whenever possible. For internal consumption and for our guests, we prioritize organic, natural, and locally sourced foods, and we choose suppliers offering eco-friendly cleaning products and amenities.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2984\">We support and help strengthen local entrepreneurs, cooperatives, small producers, Indigenous communities, and sheltered workshops that create job opportunities for people with disabilities. All the products in our souvenir shop meet these criteria.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2986\" data-end=\"2989\" \/>\n<h4 data-start=\"2991\" data-end=\"3004\"><strong data-start=\"2994\" data-end=\"3004\">GUESTS<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 data-start=\"3006\" data-end=\"3032\"><strong data-start=\"3010\" data-end=\"3032\">Accessible Tourism<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"3034\" data-end=\"3363\">For several years, we have promoted awareness and sensitivity among our staff and other tourism stakeholders regarding how to appropriately welcome and support people with disabilities or with temporary or permanent mobility limitations, ensuring they feel completely comfortable and safe within our facilities and our community.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3365\" data-end=\"4087\">Over the past 15 years, we have been adapting entrances and spaces to transform our hotel into a barrier-free establishment accessible to everyone. In 2020, we built a new reception area, breakfast room, and public restroom\u2014fully accessible and obstacle-free. In 2023, we inaugurated a comfortable cabin (the first within the Ecohotel) featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one fully accessible), and all the amenities needed to ensure a pleasant stay. Today, we are the only accessible hotel in Purmamarca and one of the few in the entire Quebrada. We remain attentive to our guests\u2019 suggestions and always take their proposals into account when planning improvements to enhance the comfort and warmth of our facilities.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"4089\" data-end=\"4154\"><strong data-start=\"4093\" data-end=\"4154\">Guests with Celiac Disease and Other Dietary Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"4156\" data-end=\"4579\">All our guests are unique, special, and deserving of personalized attention. This is why we offer breakfast options for individuals with celiac disease or those who must follow special diets, so they do not need to worry about their meals while traveling.
